Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Window Wagon platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Window Wagon reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided through the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Window Wagon is a youth entrepreneurship program that provides window cleaning services to homeowners. The Platform facilitates scheduling, payment, and communication between customers (homeowners) and Window Wagon workers (youth entrepreneurs). Window Wagon trains, supervises, and supports its workers to deliver quality service. All supplies and equipment used during services are provided by and remain the property of Window Wagon to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify Window Wagon immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Plans & Pricing

Window Wagon offers recurring service plans (Quarterly, Seasonal, Annual, and Custom) with associated discounts. Prices are locked in at the time of your initial consultation for the duration of your active plan. Plan details, including frequency and pricing, are provided at the time of enrollment.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, credit/debit cards, and checks. Invoices for unpaid services are sent electronically and payment is expected within 7 days of receipt.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule any individual scheduled service at no charge as long as you provide at least 24-48 hours' notice. To request a cancellation or reschedule, send a message through the Window Wagon website or contact the kid worker who quoted you directly — either channel works.

If the weather doesn't cooperate, either you or Window Wagon may cancel for weather at no charge, and we'll work together to reschedule for the next available day.

If you are not home when we arrive, we will attempt to reach you and then reschedule the visit at no charge rather than performing the service without you.

Occasionally Window Wagon or your assigned worker may also need to cancel or reschedule a visit (for illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, or other reasons). When that happens, it is at no charge to you and we will get you back on the schedule as soon as possible. You may also change or cancel your overall service plan at any time using the same channels.

7. Liability

Window Wagon LLC and its workers are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or surrounding property. This includes, but is not limited to: cracked, chipped, or broken glass; scratched or damaged frames; torn, bent, or missing screens; broken window seals or foggy double-pane glass; damaged or deteriorated window tracks, sills, or hardware; discoloration, staining, or mineral deposits on glass or frames; and any other condition present before our service begins.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known damage to windows, screens, or surrounding areas before service begins. Failure to disclose known pre-existing damage releases Window Wagon from any liability related to such damage. Window Wagon workers may photograph pre-existing damage before beginning service as part of our documentation policy, and such photographic evidence may be used to resolve any damage disputes.

Our team exercises reasonable care during all services. Window Wagon's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

8. Water Usage

Window Wagon workers may use water from the homeowner's outdoor hose during the cleaning process. This includes use for the screen cleaner, water fed pole, and refilling of buckets as needed to complete the service. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this use of your outdoor water supply.

9. Youth Workers

Window Wagon is a youth entrepreneurship program. Workers may include individuals under the age of 18 who have been trained and are supervised through the program. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to trained youth workers accessing your property for service purposes.

10. Platform Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes. You may not use the Platform to engage in any unlawful activity, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform. Window Wagon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Window Wagon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

Window Wagon may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
